Two of the best-known cross-listing apps have stopped offering Vinted: Crosslist closed it to new accounts on 23/09/2026 (existing users keep it for now), and Vendoo no longer lists Vinted and has published no date. Vinted has not named cross-listers, but its UK terms (the version applicable from 08/10/2026) bar bots, scrapers and other external software it has not authorised, so the workflow that keeps automation off your Vinted account is to automate eBay and Shopify where a tool supports them and record Vinted sales by hand.
Last verified 05/11/2026: every vendor notice and Vinted page below was read on that date and is linked under Sources.
If you sell on Vinted and eBay and want one record of what each item made, see Milleso for resellers. Milleso does not log in to or automate your Vinted account.
What changed, and when
| App | What it changed | Date it states | Where it says so |
|---|---|---|---|
| Crosslist | New accounts can no longer connect Vinted; accounts that used Vinted before then keep it for now | 23/09/2026 | Crosslist help centre, Vinted FAQ |
| Vendoo | Vinted no longer listed as a supported marketplace, in the UK or the US; its Vinted pages redirect | None published | Vendoo marketplaces pages and help centre |
Our own notes had carried three dates for the Crosslist change (23 September, 2 October and 29 October). Only 23/09/2026 appears on a Crosslist page as the date of the change. 29 October is when Crosslist last updated its announcement post, and we found no Crosslist page that gives 2 October.
What Crosslist changed
Crosslist's help centre puts it in one line: "Since 23/09/2026, new Crosslist accounts can no longer connect Vinted." Anyone who was already using Vinted through Crosslist before that date carries on as before.
Its announcement post, last updated 29/10/2026, gives the reasons. Vinted treats buying to resell as commercial selling, and has become better at detecting automated activity; Crosslist reports that some users of automation tools, its own and others, have had 24-hour suspensions. It says existing users keep Vinted only while that remains viable, and that it will put its effort into marketplaces where it can offer a reliable service. Crosslist's old Vinted marketplace page now redirects to that post.
What Vendoo changed
Vendoo has published no notice that we could find. What its own pages show on 05/11/2026:
- Its UK marketplaces page lists eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, Depop and Whatnot, and not Vinted.
- Its US marketplaces page lists eleven marketplaces, and Vinted is not one of them.
- Its help centre article on supported marketplaces, dated 30/03/2026, says "Vendoo is currently integrated with eBay, Etsy, Depop, Whatnot, and Facebook Marketplace."
- Its former Vinted pages now redirect to the general marketplaces pages, and its help article on selling on Vinted returns "not found".
So Vendoo has dropped Vinted, but when and why it did so is not on the record. Treat any page that says Vendoo cross-lists to Vinted as out of date.
Vinted's own rules on automation
Vinted's UK terms and conditions, in the version applicable from 08/10/2026, set out in section 6 what members must not do. That includes using "external software tools (including but not limited to: bots, scraping programs" and similar, such as crawlers and spiders, to register or use the site unless Vinted has authorised them; the terms give promoting items and adding favourites as examples. The same section bars data mining and screen scraping, and deleting and relisting the same item repeatedly or in bulk. Section 7 lets Vinted warn a member, or block an account temporarily or permanently, and says Vinted may use automated tools to detect these breaches.
Vinted's newsroom Q&A on commercial selling, dated 24/09/2026, does not mention cross-listing apps. It says that people selling as a business must use Vinted Pro, and that Vinted finds breaches through "trained moderation teams, member reports and detection tools", with suspension possible for repeated breaches. Vinted's help centre says a temporary block lifts by itself after 7 to 30 days.
Put together: there is no Vinted announcement banning cross-listers by name, but the terms forbid the kind of unauthorised automation most extension-based cross-listers depend on, and Vinted says it is looking for it.
A workflow that keeps automation off your Vinted account
- Automate the channels that offer it. eBay and Shopify both publish APIs for listing and ending listings. Use a tool that connects through them, so a sale on one ends the listing on the other.
- List on Vinted yourself. Create the listing in the Vinted app, by hand, with your own photos and description. If you sell as a business, use Vinted Pro, which Vinted requires.
- Record each Vinted sale where your other sales are. Note the sale price, what the buyer paid for postage and what you paid, so the item's profit is worked out alongside eBay and Shopify instead of in a separate notebook.
- When an item sells elsewhere, take the Vinted listing down by hand straight away. This is the step that stops a second buyer paying for it, and it is the one no tool can do for you without logging in to your account.
Milleso is built for this workflow. It lists to eBay and Shopify and ends those listings when an item sells, records Vinted, Depop, Vestiaire and Facebook Marketplace sales that you enter, and reminds you which of those listings still need taking down by hand. Milleso does not log in to or automate your Vinted account.
What we could not verify
- When and why Vendoo dropped Vinted. No Vendoo notice gives a date or a reason.
- The live Vinted terms page. vinted.co.uk/terms_and_conditions loads its text with JavaScript and we could not read it directly. We read version 12 of the UK terms from Vinted's own legal-assets site, which states it applies from 08/10/2026.
- Whether any cross-lister is authorised by Vinted. Zipsale's site says it uses "the Vinted API" and is not endorsed or certified by Vinted; Vinted publishes no list of authorised tools.
- Suspension figures. Crosslist reports 24-hour suspensions among automation users; Vinted publishes no numbers.
