For people who resell
Never sell the same thing twice, and know what each one made
Milleso is the back office for selling on Vinted, eBay, Depop, Vestiaire and Facebook Marketplace. What you paid, what it sold for, what the platform took, and a tax year summary at the end of it.
One month free, then £29 a month. No card to start.
The same thing sold twice
One jacket, listed on Vinted, Depop and eBay. It sells on one and the other two stay live. Days later somebody pays for something already in the post, and you refund, apologise and take the rating.
Mark it sold once. Milleso ends the eBay and Shopify listings for you, and tells you which of the others still need taking down by hand.
No idea what anything actually made
You know what it sold for. After the platform fee, the postage you paid and the postage the buyer paid, the number is different, and it is different on every platform.
Cost, fees, postage in and postage out on every item, and the profit worked out rather than typed.
A letter you were not expecting
Platforms report sellers to HMRC once they pass a threshold, on the calendar year, whether or not you owe anything.
Milleso counts your sales and receipts per platform per year against 30 sales and £1,700, and says how close each one is before it happens.

£29 a month
- Unlimited items, with cost, fees, postage and profit on each
- List to eBay and Shopify, and end it everywhere the moment it sells
- Record sales from Vinted, Depop, Vestiaire and Facebook Marketplace
- Photos and an authentication record per item
- CSV import and export
- Tax year summary and platform reporting tracker(coming)
- One user. Staff means you are a dealer, and that is Trade.
Per month, excluding VAT. Milleso takes nothing off your sales.
Once you are VAT registered or have staff, you are a dealer, and you want the Trade plan at £99 a month, which adds the VAT engine, the till, repairs and AML records.
The bit nobody else does
A free cross-lister will put an item in four places. None of them will tell you what a year came to, or that eBay is three sales from reporting you.
Milleso adds up each UK tax year, 6 April to 5 April, and exports it in a shape an accountant can open. Separately it tracks each platform against the calendar year the reporting rules actually use.
Those thresholds are the point at which a platform reports your sales to HMRC. They are not the point at which tax becomes due, and being reported does not mean you owe anything: that depends on whether what you are doing counts as trading. Milleso keeps the record. It is not tax advice.
